EULA - End User License Agreement

From hereonin "the program" refers to the software entitled "TikTokToDo(tm)" written by Gordon Whittam.

COPYRIGHT: The program TikTokToDo(tm), and all documents and material supplied with the program are owned by Gordon Whittam and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty unless specifically stated otherwise.

DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT: Users of the program must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
"The program is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the program."

HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES: The program is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the program could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). MGCSoft, Gordon Whittam and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

EVALUATION LICENSE: This is the evaluation version of the program. You may use the program for 30 days after which you must pay the license fee to the author or agents authorized to collect payments on behalf of the author. On receipt of the appropriate license fee a key code will be delivered by email to unlock the application.

SINGLE USER LICENSE: On payment of the appropriate fee to the author or those authorized by the author to collect payments on the authors behalf you are granted the right to install and use the program on as many of your own computers as you wish SO LONG AS IT CAN ONLY BE USED BY ONE PERSON AT ANY ONE TIME.

RESTRICTIONS: You may not use, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the software except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
